Cold Storage!

Spent around 2 hours cooking this dish.. sweet n sour chicken.. thats a long time wasted because i forgot to take out the chicken from the freezer! had to use the microwave to defrost it instead...

Sweet n sour chicken with dry chilli, green, red, yellow peppers, tomatoes n pineapple (added corn-flour to make the sauce thicker n less runny)

it was fantastic! mmm.. =) i got plenty left..

Storage.. i got another pot of sweet n sour chicken on the table!

Did a little bit of reading for mechatronics coz i hvn't even touched it at all..
definitely not looking forward to tommorrow.. lectures are starting n that means waking up early..



till that day comes...
