cuzzies night out~

had steamboat/hot-pot dinner buffet with dan, eric, kae, pierre, gary, chia, eddy n my bro in Berry Wan Hot Pot restaurant. its quite nice but i m sick of steamboat. had it 3 times in a week! it was raining cats n dogs today. thunder roaring n lightning flashing~ anyways, went to swensons to have ice cream for dessert. Chocolate fondue! Earthquake! just the perfect dessert to be having after steamboat. its been quite a long time we had a cuzzies night out. enjoyed it! too bad i didnt bring my camera so no photos.

watched Death Race two days ago. awesome movie starring Jason Statham acting as Jensen Ames who is forced to compete as Frankenstein in crazy races in a car heavily armed by guns.

went to have lunch in dynasty with the 1st years going to imperial. had a little chat here n there, briefing them about uk life in general n other random things.

watched Strangers in kiulap cineplex after the lunch. a pretty weird thriller movie. Boo rach! haha :P

kings n queens~

attended lim's birthday party in his house yesterday. Happy 20th bday! Magic, warhammer, Wii, basketball, table tennis.. had a good time catching up n acting silly. well, maybe it was only me acting all crazy. the rabbit game! haha

had dinner there as well.. awesome food. succulent lamb cutlets with mint sauce, mashed potatoes, salad, beef slices, green peas with carrots, sparkling grape juice. i forgot to bring my camera that day, so no photos! it was cake time.. chocolate cake with fruit toppings~


went to fong man lo to have dimsum for lunch with alex, rach, JC n her bro. food there was pretty good. pig intestines? hmmm.. its ms strawberry's favourite food. anyways, after lunch, the girls went off to make rach's visa while us guys went back to my house to play CS n wc3.

Met up in my house at around 4ish before sending ah boy to tuition n heading to supa-save to do some shopping.

Steamboat in my house! chia n my bro joined us as well. supposedly it was food for 5 people but with 7 people, there were still plenty of food left.. wrapped it up with slices of watermelon n triple chocolate cadbury ice cream for desserts! =) as usual, after dinner it was rummy time~

watched 3 matches of badminton finals yesterday. The fight for the bronze medal for the mixed doubles badminton was dam exciting! probably the best match out of the 3 matches.

there was so much hype about the final match between lindan n lee chong wei.. was in yappy watching it. its quite funny to see how quiet everyone was when the match started. unfortunately, chong wei lost. the superdan was just too good that match. smashes after smashes as he storms past chong wei. at least malaysia got their first medal.. a silver!

it was a bad start to the epl season for manu as well. what a let down, cristiano ronaldo not playing due to injuries n tevez pulling out due to family reasons. a scoreline of 1-1 against newcastle while chelsea storms past with a 4-0 victory. oh well.. hope ferguson isnt going to have the same line-up next week.

LAN party?

the days have went ticking by n soon august is going to end with september looming up.. its not even mid august yet n i m already saying this. everyday is like a weekend to me now. Sleep late, wake up late n try to enjoy everyday to its fullest! Been playing alot of rummy lately, had a couple of those pool/catch-up sessions, went gyming in fitness zone a couple of times.

Watched Meet Dave in the mall with rach, JC n alex. quite a funny show, wouldnt say its bad or anything.

Held a LAN party at my house yesterday. well.. i wouldnt say it was purely a LAN party. people present were javon, JC, rach, alex, teoh, hannan, hafiz, gary, eddy, my bro n i. played a drinking game called 'Circle of Death' by the pool side. pretty wicked game - well, it was my first time playing..

played DOTA with the tipsy gary who still owned all of us. pretty saddening i say~

the guys left my house at 6:30am, which by that time my maids were already up n had started cleaning the kitchen.. im bloody tired now considering i only slept a few hours cos i had to bring my sis to school in the afternoon.

Went to marine center to play some water sports.. this is still part of soon's bday celebration! Jet skis, banana boats! the day was filled with laughter, fun n total enjoyment eventhough some of us actually got hurt a little. i came back with a bleeding leg n pain in my ribs.. n for soon, i dont want to mention it.. hahaha.. u better try tonight n see if it still works! LOL! thanks for the invite soon n happy 18th bday man! time to go clubbing in london!

Watched the opening ceremony of the beijing olympics.. well i wouldn't say i watched the whole thing, but i watched the first 30 mins of it! spectacular fireworks n preformances - those people on the drums that light up..

Back from KL~

hey guys, its been quite some time i have posted. my blog is getting less n less active now. Since i got back , i have been out almost everyday except for the two days i got sick. Fever, flu, cough, headache - what a blast! anyways, had dinner with JC n rach at Gripps the next day i got back. Drove to the mall to check out what shows there were before heading to Kiulap cineplex to check the shows there. We were bored jobless n couldnt decide a place to sit n have a talk, so instead we sat in my car for 30 mins?!

i felt sick the next day, so there was nothing much for me to do. i cant be stuffed to do anything.. watched DVDs in my house - Pink Panther which was funny n Rogue Assasin which i didnt finish because i had to go get my sis from school. the only way to get better is to sweat it off? So gyming time it is.

Celebrated Shin's 18th bday in excapade. i know this post is kinda late.. but anyways happy belated bday girl! tua han liao.. need to be more responsible (not to say ure not responsible now). haha.. anyways, im just gona post a few pics here - not gona post everything as it will take me ages n i im too lazy to wait.

Chilled at lim's house on monday before heading to Swesens for dinner. alex, yen n shane were there too! Well.. its actually mostly gaming - Magic cards? Tekken? haha.. Played Wii there (some rabbit game - which was pretty fun!)

Had lunch with JC, rach n alex in the Korean restaurant (food was ok) in Kiulap before heading to Gadong to pick Javon up. funny thing was javon n his 10 dollars service charge! haha. Kena ke-tog! anyways, all of them squeezed into my car n we went to countrypatch to have a drink. i wouldnt say it is as bad as i have been told. drinks there were fine. went over to JC's house to play rummy for a little while before heading out, planning to buy groceries so we could cook in her house. Choices, choices everywhere! The plan changed instead, they came over to my house to karaoke for a little while, before heading off again to JC's house with my mahjong tiles. By this time, there are like 7 people in my car including me - JC, rach, alex, javon, JC's bro (ah boy! haha) n chia. Imagine how squashed they are! anyways, the car ride back to JC's house was fun, full of laughters n craziness. Ordered pizza for dinner, but we went to collect it in order to save money.. again, everyone followed! Finished the pizza in a matter of minutes, we were hungry again, so we drove to Lo-san flat to buy nasi lemak. Continued playing rummy n mahjong when we got back to JCs house.. time flies when u're having fun.. soon it was time to go! a freaking tiring day.. well for me, coz i was the driver!

Went over to javons house today to chill. alex, JC, rach n jefferson (javon's bro) were there too. played rummy, mahjong (i think we're turning into gambling addicts.. well alex is! haha) n sang for a little while. Went to swensens to have dinner again. lim joined us as well. all about the candle-light dinner ey? haha.. inside joke. Headed over to my house after dinner to sing-K, rummy, counterstrike n DOTA. it was an awesome night!

im totally knackered now. Need to sleep. Goodnight!

Update!

hey readers.. its been a while i havent updated my blog coz i was in KL, malaysia for holidays for a good couple of days. well.. i wouldn't say its very entertaining but its a good few days out of brunei! probably the biggest difference between KL n brunei is smoking! people smoke anywhere in malaysia, even in hawker stalls. im glad that brunei actually implented the no public smoking rule. it was a food frenzy there! i love malaysian food! haha.. enough said, pictures time! notice that there arent many photos of people here. not many posers with me i guess?
