Squats (started on 20/01/2010 with 20kg bar)
- now at 45kg (inclusive of 20kg bar) - (5x8)
Bench Press - 22kg dumbells per side (12,10,8)
Tricep Dips - Own weight (3x10)
Reverse Crunch - (3x10)
Leg Raise - (2x30)
Bicep Curls - 12kg dumbells per side (10,8,8)
Pull-ups - Own weight (still working on negatives before doing any positives)
- (3xfailure~8,6,4)
I needa up the weight.. im peaking at these values except for the squats.. any advices?
