Met up with chai.. malaysian engineer i met in the MSoc ski trip. Had dinner in 'The Polo', a korean restaurant. very nice food. awesome~

A fish bit my ass!

All the preparation n all the hard work.. at least i can say i learn how to de-scale a fish, clean prawns, mussels and squids properly now.. but by no means am i going to do that when i go back to brunei~ 8-) hahaha.
The Finished Product!
Sweet corn soup,steamed prawns with garlic n ginger, fried noodles with chicken bits n all sorts of vegetables, steamed sea bass with tomatoes, ginger n onions, fried parrot fish (apparently u cant eat the skin!), a pot of mussels dipped in a creamy buttery sauce with white wine lavishly spilled on top (exquisite stuff!), fried tempura prawns, crabsticks, capsium, bananas, squid (calamari), crab-box? (dont know what the round crab thing is called) n last but not least 2 plates of fried vege (carrots, brocolli, cauliflower) with a pinch of oyster n mushroom sauce
